T&Cs of entry
competition info.
Entries will open on the 1st of November 2024 and close at midnight on the 30th of November 2024.

Entry will be by video submission, with a video no more than two minutes in length. Anything after two minutes will not be watched. Video submissions must be in a single take and not be edited except for cutting to the desired length. Video submissions will be judged by international judges, and the top 8 from each category will qualify to perform. If any of the 8 finalists have to exit the competition before the competition date, the next highest-scoring applicant from that category will be given the option to compete.

The competition will be held at The Globe Theatre in Palmerston North on Friday 21st March 2025 for Amateurs, and Saturday 22nd March 2025 for Semi-Pro+.

Contestants in each category will perform with two X-Pole 45mm competition grade stainless steel poles, one set to static and the other spin with 3 meters between each pole. The stage is approximately 7m deep and 9m wide.

Dynasty Pole requires an entry fee of $35.00 + payment processing fee to be paid by all contestants upon entry. Details on payment information can be found on the entry submission form. Refunds will not be given for entrants who do not qualify, no-shows, or entrants who exit the competition.
Please note: Your entry will not be judged without payment. Please ensure payment is made at the same time as entry to avoid disappointment.

categories.
Both Dynasty Amateurs and Semi-Pro+ will have three categories. The categories are: Tricks, Styles, and Low Flow.

Amateur vs Semi-Pro+: Semi-Pro+ level is classed as individuals who either teach pole dancing for 1 hour or more per week, are paid to perform, or compete in competitions above an amateur level e.g. Pole Legends, Pole Inferno, Rapture Pole Competition, other national pole competitions above an amateur level, or international pole competitions. If you are unsure of your suitability for a particular competition please contact us prior to entering. We reserve the right to disqualify or shift to Semi-Pro+ anyone found to have entered Amateur incorrectly.
Entrants must enter under the category they wish to compete in. An entrant may enter under multiple categories but must pay an additional entrance fee for each category entered. If the entrant qualifies under multiple categories they will only compete under the category that scored the highest by the video judges.

Doubles routines are permitted in all categories provided they enter as a doubles routine. Doubles pairing must remain the same from entry to the competition.
Judging: the judging criteria for each category is available here.

Each category will have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awarded provided minimum entry numbers allow. In the event that fewer competitors perform on the day, Dynasty Pole reserves the right to change the amount of placings awarded without notice.
